Sharon was an excellent tour guide. It was amazing to us how she was able to point out the historical aspects of what appeared to be just a house on a street, or an intersection between two roads. Highly recommend this type of tour to anyone!!

Our whole group enjoyed the food tour and we would highly recommend the tour to others. It would have been nice to include another restaurant in lieu of some of the neighborhood touring. In all, it was very nice.

Overall my experience was primarily a positive one. The food tour is a great concept, we tried a diverse and interesting range restaurants in a short time. The service at Lavagna was excellent, the bread pudding at Zest was some of the best I've had, the food at La Placita was relatively good, while the service and food at the Pakistani/Indian restaurant was somewhat lackluster. Our tour guide made the experience a truly memorable one, she was enthusiastic, knowledgable, and warm and I learned quite a bit about the details of Capitol Hill.

I also took the Baltimore tour and found that better due to the fact that not only was the tour great, the food was great. I felt the food on the Capital Hill tour to be very average or even less than average.

The Capitol Hill Food tour was more enjoyable than we expected. The food was fantastic! Two restaurants really stood out and we plan to visit them again to experience more items from their menus. We definitely will take another food tour and hope to have another great experience. Our tour guide Sharon was very knowledgeable and made everything about the walking tour a pleasure.

Without knowing the cuisine we would eat when I first booked, I was so pleased to learn we eat Indian, Greek, El Salvadorian cuisine, because without this food tour, I would not have been able to get my meat & potatos husband to try any of it. He loved all the food, but his favorite was the dessert by the American restaurant. Something about warm breadpudding w/ bourbon sauce and vanilla bean whipped cream left the entire tour with smiles across our faces! Our tour guide was awesome, she was just as excited about the food as the guests and she was so knowledgeable about the neighborhood's history. She was a real gem of a story teller during the neighborhood walking tour- love history!! The tour was closer to 4 hours.

Sharon was an amazing tour guide. Initially we weren't expecting the historical aspect of the tour but she was so knowledgeable and passionate about the architecture and history in the capitol that we became very interested in the history of the area too and loved every minute of it. The food was another story. We couldn't get enough! We particularly loved the indian food that was at the beginning of the tour and the dessert - bread pudding that was at the end. The 3rd place we went that had fried chicken, macaroni etc I could have done without but maybe I was too full at that point to really enjoy it. All in all it was a pleasant surprize and I look forward to doing more food tours in the future!

I signed my husband and I up for this tour with some trepidation as I had never heard of this tour company. It ended up being the highlight of our trip. Our guide, Sharon, was very interesting and energetic. It was a wonderful blend of the history from the revolutionary period to present. The food was great too! Well worth the price.

While DC is filled with history, Capital Hill sets itself apart with great political, military and food interactions. Sharon has great knowledge of facts and architecture as well as knowing her neighborhood. She was a delight to follow around for the afternoon, and I bet that she'd still have us there if time weren't a factor.

First we had no idea what knowledge we were going to gain, Living in Northern Va. and having had visited D.C. plenty of times I felt like all the other times were wasted. Our tour guide was Sharon and she was unbelievable and a walking and talking history book. ( a book really could not touch her) Well known in the area I felt like we were with a movie star. I must say we were expecting small meals, boy were we wrong, I was so stuffed but a great stuffed. I loved, loved, loved this tour Sharon made it first class.

Sarah (our tour guide) was the best, very down to earth, knowledgeable and experienced. The variety of foods was amazing and people were just incredible. Sharon, our tour guide was excellent. She's a member of the historical society in the area and she imparted a lot of wisdom on the buildings and the history of Washington D.C. My husband and I are not into history at all, but Sharon made it so interesting, enjoyable and palatable that we were intrigued. The food on the tour was amazing! We didn't think we would enjoy the Indian food, but that was excellent! Who knew that a squeeze of lemon in potato soup would make it even more amazing. I know, it sounds weird, but it really is amazing.

I can't say enough good things about the tour and our guide. Everything we ate and learned about the area was enjoyable. You'll learn about the differences in the brick buildings and why, which President threw wild parties at the White House, who Pierre L'enfant is and his significance, where the first Safeway was and why it was called Safeway, how George Washington raised funds to build Washington and so much more....Book your tour now. You won't be sorry. Be sure to confirm that Sharon is your guide. We took the 3:00 p.m. tour on a Sunday with her and it was probably the highlight of our two week vacation of D.C. and New York.

My wife and I took the Capitol Hill tour on Mother's Day, joined by our two 20-something kids who live in the DC area. I had lived near the Eastern Market Metro in the 1970's and really enjoyed the historical walking tour provided by Sharon, who told and showed us a lot we didn't know about the neighborhood around 8th St, SE. The ethnic food was wonderful, and enough to leave all of us completely full by the end of the 3.5 hours of walking and eating. We highly recommend this experience for both locals and tourists..

This was a great way for a new comer to the DC area (like myself) or a true local (like my date) to explore and learn about the surrounding neighborhoods and find out what they have to offer. In fact, there were others in the group that had either lived in the area for years or had visited the DC area very frequently that learned new things about the city. It is also a unique and fun idea for a date.

Our guide, Sharon, was wonderful. She was very personable, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about the information she was sharing. Sharon even gave us a bit of background on the foods we were eating, which by the way was VERY tasty.

After going on this food tour I am excited to try the others offered in the area!

I booked this trip with my family when they came to DC to visit me, and they had a great time learning about the city and eating great food along the way! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to give us some interesting insights into the founding of our nation's capitol. For people who don't know much about DC, this is a great tour to go on because you learn a great deal about the history of the city as well as of the United States in its early stages. The restaurants we went to served great food, but I prefer the food served on the DuPont Circle food tour, which I participated in a few weeks prior to the Capitol Hill food tour.

My husband and I had an amazing time on this tour this past weekend. Sharon, our tour guide, was amazing. She gave us a great historic tour of the Eastern Market. We were amazed at how well she explained everything. We stopped at 4 restaurants to eat different ethnic foods (Indian, Salvadoran, Soul Food & last stop is dessert). The different ethnicities tie in with the history as she will explain that on the tour. It is a "must do.'

Make sure you bring your appetite to this food tour, you will not be disappointed. The combination of all different types of food, with a well guided tour was an unique experience. Our tour guide made it a fun and educational experience that was interesting to both the locals and the people from out of state. For the amount of food you receive, the price is very reasonable and there is a tour added in as well. I wish I had more time to try the other food tours that they have to offer!

I like museums at a 5 on a 1-10 scale. This tour was historically factual but allowed time to learn some of the local flare as well. We learned things from the beginnings of our country as well as local issues that affect the Capitol Hill neighborhood today. The eateries were fun and informal and places that anyone can enjoy. Our tour group was small with only 6 of us plus the tour guide. The guide actually lived in the Capitol Hill neighborhood and many folks stopped on the street to greet us as we walked the area.. This was by far the best thing we have done in DC out of 4-5 different visits and I will be suggesting this to anybody I run into that has DC as a vacation destination. Sorry, Sharon that we couldn't tip you last Friday but we didn't bring any cash with us!!

Our tour guide was enthusiastic and friendly, and she perfectly complemented the history with the food. This was the perfect marriage of history and food. Janet was a great guide, (she should be she also works for the Capitol Hill historical society). and gave us a ton of information about the area. We visited four restaurants, Indian food, El Salvadoran food, Greek and finally desert. If I have one tiny complaint it is with the amount of food, we had WAY too much food for the six of us and left food on the table at every stop. I don't like food being wasted so maybe they could adjust the amount of food to the amount of people signed up? This may also lower the price a bit? That said it was great fun and I would certainly do another one next time we are in the DC area.

To be perfectly honest his wasn't our first choice of food tour in DC but we had a thoroughly enjoyable time in the company of our guide Sharon & two other couples. Sharon was a very enthusiastic & knowledgeable guide who lives in the area. She seems to know everyone & even introduced us to a lady Captain in the Marines (I'd love to know how many female Captains there are in the Marines). We enjoyed each restaurant we visited - Indian, El Salvadorian & Greek, finishing with a pear bread & butter pudding with a bourbon sauce. Capitol Hill is not an area we would have explored on our 3-day visit. We're pleased we took the tour because not only did we have great food but we saw a lovely part of DC, which looked like a picture postcard. The autumnal colours helped somewhat & was a surprise. We got on well with our group & I think everyone enjoyed themselves. We had a good laugh & we all contributed to the experience. We'd like to thank Sharon for an excellant tour. Graham & Fiona.

This was a wonderful way to see a part of Washington that we have never traveled. Not only did we learn a lot about the area but we experienced delicious food from the various cultures in the neighborhood. Make sure you do not eat before the journey as the portions at each restaurant was ample and you want to save room for the dessert! Having a small group of people allowed the guide to answer all questions. She really gave a good explanation of the culture and food when we stopped at the restaurants. We met many nice people from all parts of the country. This was definately a tour to take and enjoy.

We throughly enjoyed this tour and Christian our guide. We saw some historical sites we would have never seen. The restarants we great and very accomidating. The variety of food was wonderful. I would suggest that maybe you have two prices so that a alcholic drink could be purchased or at least offered. I knew we would do some walking but didn't realize it was an all walking tour. One person in our party struggled with that. Christian was great though and would always wait till she caught up before telling us things!! I surprized my wife last week with tickets to the Capitol Hill food tour in hopes of nice weather, interesting conversation, and some good eats. Gastronomically speaking, I would like to consider myself a foodie - as it is a priority of mine to know the best spots around the area.

We are local (PG County), and have heard fantstic things about this company on numerous occasions. Having stumbled upon the perfect opportunity to try for myself, I took advantage and made the purchase.

I could not be more pleased with the result, and the day. First of all, Andre our guide was fantastic. He was young (likely college aged, although everyone under 30 seems to look college aged now to me), very knowledgable, and charismatic. He had good things to say, but was not too long winded (can't say the same for myself)

All that was well and good, but we went to the food tour, of course, for the food. And it delivered and then some. The whole concept of this particular food tour was marvelous; diverse, working class, mom and pop restaurants that portrayed the cuisine and people of the area. From the colors, flavors, and textures of anglo indian cuisine, to the simplicity of salvadorian, to the warmth of soul food we were given a true feel of this wonderful area. I will make sure to visit Johnny (sp?), the owner at Levi's the next time I find myself lucky enough to be near barracks row.

Having said all of that, I will certainly be taking another food tour soon (I am particularly interested in Dupont Circle when it comes out, and will take the trip to Baltimore for one there). I reccomend this activity to anyone who wants a different look at washington DC, and enjoys the finer things in life.

Cheers!

Andrew was a wonderful tour guide! He was upbeat and informative, and an all around nice guy. He had a genuine interest in the group and made it a point to get to know a little bit about each person. He worked hard to find cool spots to give us a break from the heat, and reorganized things to accomodate a summer storm. The food was delicious - adventurous, but not too far out there, and there was plenty of it. Other food tours we have done have been more like 'food tastings' but this was three small meals and a fabulous dessert!

My family met Barbara at Eastern Market Metro, along with other people new to us.

Barbara was extremely well qualified, as she lives nearby, and led us on a walking historical tour with frequent stops to explain the history of our capitol. We learned so many facts, humourously told along with anecdotes! The tour was mapped out in a similar plan to the posted signs for the neighborhood walk, but we gained so much knowledge about the ethnic groups who have composed the residents, as well as the wonderful food facts at 4 different restaurants! The reason for the restaurant choices was interwoven with explanations about how the food changed after contact with British colonists, then USA, , or not, and the actual ingredients themselves. WE loved the tour, I believe others in our groups were very satisfied as well, and hope to follow another tour led by Barbara. It was a great bargain for the quantity and quality of food and the easily gained knowledge of how the DC was settled. The homes and historic buildings were beautiful, and Barbara recommended several events and places of interest in the tour area, too. Highly Recommended!!! *****

We had a great time on our Capitol Hill dining tour. I went with my son, a pretty mature 13-year old, and we had a great time visiting with the others on the tour (two couples, very friendly) and the guides. We had good food -- my son loved the yucca, and I tried ceviche for the first time (loved it!) and we both loved the North Carolina barbeque -- soul food "prepared with love" by Johnny. The tour/walk around the neighborhood was informative but relaxed, and the entire tour/food combination was a good value. I imagine that the relative enjoyment of the tour depends somewhat on the friendliness and sociability of the others on the tour, and we had a great group. I highly recommend.

We come to Washington DC for business 1-2 times a year and we like to take a few days to sightsee. We have seen all of the museums and monuments and we wanted to do something different. I usually select the activities but I challenged my wife to find something she would like to do. She selected the DC Food Metro Tour at Capitol Hill. Not knowing what I was getting into Ð I obediently followed her lead. We were directed to go to a Market Metro Station and wait for our guide at 2 pm. Our guide walked at a comfortable pace and was very conscious of our comfort Ð especially to protect us from the cruel Washington sun. We visited 4 restaurants in total Ð each having about a 15-20 minute comfortable walk and lots of historical information. Each restaurant was unique from the others but representative of the cuisine in that area. The owner of each resteraunt came to our table, described the food, and answered our questions. What was interesting to me is that half of the group were locals. The group experience was pleasant Ð we had 8 people in our group.

The next morning we were still talking about what a great time we had Ð and I asked my wife Ð what would you like to do today? She made arrangements to go on the Alexandria old town tour with DC Food Tours Ðno problem except we were the only ones signed up. She arranged for a private tour with the owners Ð Jeff and Sharone (BTW Ð they are soooo young Ð surprised me). The cost was about $20 more than the group price but turned out to be well worth it. Once again, lotÕs of history, comfortable pace, great food. My favorite was the day scallops at the old converted firehouse. Each owner came to answer questions Ð and I know I will return to several of them in the future. I would expect that if you are entertaining a group of 4-6 Ð this is a great service for a private tour.

In comparing the experiences Ð they both had advantages. The group tour didnÕt make you feel like you got lost in the group and it was small enough that you could ask questions. You are walking through private neighborhoods and it didnÕt seem intrusive at all. The private tour was of course more personal and Jeff and Sharone were great. We are entrepreneurs ourselves and we were very interested in how they had done this and how they make a living while delivering such a great service.

As all the previous reviewers said Ð come hungry Ð you will not need to eat for the rest of the day. They do private tours and we are already planning a tour for a board that we serve on to do something different. The price is very reasonable. Each place we went to had all the food set up. At first the price sort of turned me off (IÕm cheap) Ð but we really more than got our moneyÕs worth.

If we had the opportunity Ð we would have done it a third time. The Ethiopian tour sounds great Ð and I donÕt even know what Ethiopian food is. With their guidance Ð I would be at ease going outside of my comfort level Ð athough I wonÕt eat liver.

This was my second food tour in the D.C. area. I find the walking food tours to be a great way to be introduced to a particular neighborhood or community. I especially love the opportunity to try ethnic foods and local favorites. I particularly enjoyed the BBQ at at the Port Cafe and samplings of Indian food at the Capitol Hill Tandoor and Grill. Our tour guide, Sarah, was very engaging, likeable and informative.

I did the Capitol Hill food tour on a Sunday afternoon with a small, miscellaneous group of 4 people, plus a tour guide, Barb. Barb was very professional, honest and fun to follow around. She gave much insight into the history and architecture in the Eastern Market region during the walk. We had three restaurant stops on our tour, with plentiful food and drinks at each location. I was initially afraid, being somewhat of a foodie, that the fare would be very conservative to appeal to a wide audience, but was pleasantly surprised to find that a variety of ethnic cuisines were served. Definitely worth the cost, and I'd certainly do another such tour in the future!

Despite being a 30 year resident of the Washington area (and a former resident of Capital Hill), I learned a lot of new things about the history of the area. I also learned a lot about some great restaurants that I probably wouldn't have visited on my own. I particularly appreciated the tour guide's efforts to help the group get to know each other a bit. I've been on many food tours and never had that experience before. It made the tour a lot more fun.

This was our second food tour for the week. We had earlier tried the Eastern Market food tour, and now wanted to go on a tour that visited several of the local restaurants. This tour was also enjoyable and fun. Our two guides provided a lot of information on local history, architecture, and the neighborhood that we strolled through, so we learned quite a bit while also enjoying sample fare at a few of the local restaurants. Each of the restaurants we visited had great food, and by the time we completed the tour, we had sampled enough different food to more than satisfy our appetites. Personally, I enjoyed the Eastern Market tour more than this one, but my wife enjoyed this Capitol Hill tour more, so obviously each tour appeals to different people. I will say that there is quite a bit of walking involved on the Capitol Hill tour, so plan accordingly.

My 16 year old son and I had only one day in Washington and we're glad we did this tour. Sarah, our guide, was very good.

We walked around the Eastern Market neighbourhood while Sarah told us stories about the history, and stopped for food at four different restaurants. Each one served a variety so we could sample their cuisine. There was enough food that we didn't need dinner that night (but we ate again anyways...)

The other nice thing was that we shared a table with the rest of the group and got to meet some interesting people.

I highly recommend this tour.

I enjoyed this experience greatly. This is the first time I went on a culinary tour. Our tour guide, Sarah, was great. She was knowlegeable as well as enthusiastic. She was open to new experiences. We took a detour to a new resteraunt for wine tasting. It was immensely fun. The Anglo-Indian resteraunt and Greek resteraunts offered the best dishes in my opinion. Brazilian food was new to me. So some foods that were offered was not to my taste, but the meat dishes were flavorful. The group we were with offered great companionship. The day was beautiful. I could not ask for a better experience.

I have lived in DC for a couple years now, but have not spent much time in the Capitol Hill area. My fiance is a foodie, so I thought this would be a really fun date. And it was! We had a great tour guide, Ken, and I really enjoyed the historical walk. I also enjoyed the restaurants. I was a little disappointed that the restaurants were not any of the more famous ones of the area, and that they did not really tie to the area as well as I had hoped (though the tour guide did an excellent job in making the little connection that was there). It would have been nice to have more of an "eat where the Congressmen do" flavor. But all in all, this was a good time, and we are definitely interested in going on some of the other tours--we are excited for the Georgetown tour to start up!

It was a great way to combine area history, food and culture, and exercise, all in one. Our guide, Sara, was very informative and made the experience as interactive as possible. The advertisement is accurate. It is doubtful that you will be hungry after completing the tour. You will find it a difficult challenge to eat all that is offered. That's what I was expecting out of this one and it turns out I was not at all disappointed. I was introduced to cool neighborhood gems, which were very interesting, considering the area has not been much to speak of until about 10 years ago max. My husband and I were lucky enough to enjoy a private tour on a wintery afternoon. Sarah, our guide, couldn't have been sweeter, and was happy to take the two of us all over Capitol Hill. Our tour of the fascinating neighborhood was fact-filled and fun, but very informal, just like travelling around with a good friend. The restaurants were welcoming and all of the food was delicious--my favorite was the Mulligitawney soup. The stops were well-timed and a good opportunity to warm up and rest our tired feet. We had more than enough to eat and drink and skipped dinner that evening. It was a great way to see a part of DC that was new to us and to appreciate the unique architecture and culture of Capitol Hill. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves food and who would like to see DC "off the beaten path". Hope to take the Alexandria tour sometime in the future.

We were previously on the Alexandria tour, so comparing the two I can say: maybe there's less history on the Capitol Hill tour, but the food fully makes up for it! We liked it even better than in Alexandria.

We had the same guide, Natalie, she was as fantastic as in Alexandria :) the group was small and composed of very nice people, we really enjoyed the company.

On the food: Indian cuisine was delicious, Salvatorian food - truly generous samplings, but we did not like it as much as Indian: soul food - good but the restaurant was...well...I would barely call it decent. Flies and non-food smells are not exactly what makes you enjoy your meal; plastic forks and half-filled plastic glasses are also not something you would hope for... the Eastern market desserts, again, were delicious - but a cup of tea or coffee to go with it would have made it sooo much nicer!

In short: very good tour, and a great way to spend the afternoon!

The Capitol Hill Food Tour provided an excellent opportunity to sample a variety of different restaurants in the Capitol Hill area (Indian, Salvadorian, southern soul food, etc.). The tour was VERY well mapped out and provided an excellent overview of the history and legacy within the Capitol Hill area of DC. Our guide was well versed in her knowledge of both the cuisine and history, and was very responsive to the group's questions, comments, etc. The portion sizes at each restaurant were well worth the money and the amount of walking in between each stop was perfect. The food was excellent and different then what I would have tried by myself. Indian, Salvadorian and a soul food resturant ensured that you would not have the same thing twice. My parents and I took this tour while they were visiting me in DC, and we absolutely loved it! The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, and she kept everyone upbeat even though the weather was not so nice. I could not believe the size of the portions - what a great value! Make sure you come to the tour hungry. All of the restaurant owners came out and said hi to us, which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this to friends, and I will be sure to take another food tour when I have other visitors in town.

Great Tour! History with food, archetecture with food, comedy with food and a great tour guide and even more food made this a first class experience. Our knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide made great sense of the maze of Capitol Hill. Her knowledge of the history of the area and of great local eateries made this the best city food tour I have been on. I recommend this to anyone that wants to have a fun afternoon in the Washington area. I couldn't believe that three hours could go by so quickly. Not to be missed!

P.S. Eat lightly before you go. The food was unique, and the portions were satisfying and delicious.

I loved this tour. Our tour guide Natalie warned us that it was going to be a lot of food and that she feels that she did not do her job unless we were full at the end of the tour. Let me tell you that it was like a full meal at every stop. There were four stops in all (3 food/1 dessert) and I was more then full by the second stop (of course that didn't stop me from eating everything at the other two stops). Along with the food was a very informative tour of the Capitol Hill area and it's history. Natalie was a wealth of information about the area and had such an infectious good attitude it was impossible for me not to enjoy myself on this tour.

I had such a fantastic time on the Capitol Hill Tour. The guide was very friendly and made the tour so much fun! The food was outstanding, and quite filling! I learned a lot of new things about the history of DC, and saw parts of Capitol Hill that I never even thought existed. I highly recommend this tour to anyone. Great job DC Metro Food Tours!

This was a food tour, and the food was only so-so. The guide was excellent, friendly and knowledgable about the neighborhood, practiced at keeping things moving, and generally good at what she does without making herself the star of the show.

For not much more than you may pay for a standard tour, you get to enjoy some excellent food along the way. The tour guide and owner were both very friendly and knowledgeable. The food choices were great. I plan on doing their other tours in the near future.

My husband and I were celebrating our 4th anniversary and decided to try out this tour. We really wanted to do something different and fun. We came across this tour and decided to try it. It was the best tour I've ever done! The whole experience was amazing, from our tour guides Sam and Jeffrey to the history and food. I love how they incorporated learning all these neat things about Capitol Hill in with food. It didn't feel like your average tour we had a great time. We can't wait to go on the other tours they offer! We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!

Our group had more than enough to eat! It was a special treat to have a guide who was a true native of Washington, DC and who was familiar with the area. We enjoyed her personal recollections and would have enjoyed hearing even more about the history of Capitol Hill and the charming residential neighborhoods we visited. It ws a fun way to learn about a unique section of the city.

Our tour guide, Natalie, was wonderful and made everyone feel welcome. She introduced us to great foodÑdelicious Ecuadorian, Indian, North Carolina BBQ, and a great Jewish dessert. It was a nice, small tour group and everyone instantly became friends. The warm weather wasnÕt a problem because we were having such a good time. We are really glad we took the tour because we would have never discovered the great neighborhood we explored. My partner is a vegetarian and the owner made arrangements for great veg options without a lot of fuss. You NEED to take this tour!

As a local myself, I'm always looking for Washington, DC tours that are different - I'm not a big fan of the typical, droning, narrated walking tour. I'm SO GLAD I found this tour! The "Capitol Hill Culinary Experience" is a food tour with that does not disappoint. I had two friends with me, both big guys, 6'5"+. They both commented on the incredibly generous portions at the food stops and neither one was hungry by the time we were done (heck, we weren't hungry after the first stop). I won't give away the details, but it was varied, delicious, and filling. There is some tour narration on the history of the Capitol HIll area, Eastern Market (which just reopened after a terrible fire two years ago), and some architecture and historical details that are actually interesting. Natalie, our guide, was absoutely professional, yet personable and very attuned to the group. The guide can make all the difference and she was engaging, funny, and informative. Of all the tours of DC I have done and taken friends & family on, this one is definitely worth a repeat. Oh, and one couple was running late and the owner of the company, DC Metro Food Tours, arranged to meet the couple and then brought them to us as we were going between sightseeing stops (historical homes of Capitol Hill). That was such great customer service and I was impressed that they didn't dump that responsibility on the tour guide, so she was able to focus on the guests who were there. And, by the way, take the information about parking seriously - it's difficult to find, so best if you ride the Metro in to the Eastern Market Metro Station stop.

The food tour was everything i hoped it would be: great food, lots of walking through scenic neighborhoods, interesting history, and a knowledgeable and entertaining guide. We had a group of six friends, but also got to meet others in our 12 person party; large enough to be interesting, but small enough to keep it personal. Overall a really fun afternoon which i would highly recommend. Our tour guide was Andrew; he did a super job!

This is an activity that everyone should do. You acquire knowledge of the local area and get to experience cuisine from various cultures. Intermingle with the locals and learn how the city changed. View the town from the main and back streets as you learn the local history. This is a "MUST DO".
