Our group enjoyed the restaurant selections and the food was delicious. The tour included lots of history about Old Town but we were expecting more info about the restaurants and food selections on a food tour. All in all it was a fun afternoon!

Our tour guide Jerry was amazing! Very knowledgeable and personable. The food stops were also great. All in all a good time.

We had a fantastic time on the Old Town food tour. Terry was a wonderful and extremely knowledgeable guide who's passion for history and the region made the tour a delight. Would definitely recommend this event to friends!

We had the best tour guide, he is very knowledgable about the history and is proud to share what he know. The food choices on the tour are incredible. Whether vegetarian or a meat lover at heart, there is more than enough to keep everyone full (arrive hungry).

I enjoyed all the restaurants our group visited and our guide, Terry, was spectacular. He was extremely knowledgeable about the historical background to the area. Also, he was great at keeping conversation going among our group. All members mixed and mingled and had opportunities to get to know each other. What a great chance to learn about the area and meet other people, as well as share many tasty dishes. I will definitely recommend this tour to friends and look forward to my next visit to DC so I can try another itinerary. Oh, and by the way, you won't leave this tour hungry!

This was my first food tour and everyone in the group had a great time. It was a small group (just 7) which made it even better. Terry was top notch with his providing so much info about Alexandria history and about local restaurants. Conversation among the group was stimulating and constant. We were not rushed to "finish our food and move on" at any restaurant stop. The food was delicious, varied, and quite filling. The last stop for dessert was okay, but not great. My dessert was not good. Would probably delete Society Fair on South Washington St. The amount of walking required was just right for me and my friends. One elderly person thought it a bit much, but did fine. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes. Terry gave of his time and knowledge above and beyond what was, I'm sure, required. Couldn't have had a better experience. Will plan to participate in many more such tours. Thank you.

Walked through the city getting both a short history and tastes of food along the way. Family of 4, no problem handling vegetarian requests or allergy issues. Our tour guides showed great knowledge of the city past and present and had great suggestions for future visits and meals! Definitely recommend!

My wife and I have been on several food tours in a number of different cities and this one ranks among the most enjoyable. The four different restaurants offered a variety of cuisines (Italian, southern, Lebanese, dessert) which were all excellent. The tour guide was very knowledgeable of Alexandria history and made sure to point out lots of interesting tidbits about the buildings and areas we passed. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

Perfect way to spend an afternoon with friends! The food was delicious, and the guide was wonderful. Saw parts of Old Town we'd never seen befor, and learned a little history on the way. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had always wanted to take a food tour, but he is not that into trying new things. This vacation I finally talked him into it. He loved it! Our tour guide was great, very knowledgeable. I recommend this for everyone.

The food was good and out guide Pablo was interesting. We loved our last stop and the group all stages and chatted long after tour was over.

We had a great time on our tour with Terry Gish - he was very personable and gave a great little history lesson to go along with our restaurant stops. The only down side for us was The Pita place - as we are used to very good Lebanese cuisine where we are from, and this place just doesn't measure up. You may want to consider replacing that stop with Eamons, the Dubliner Fish & Chips joint, which is fantastic.

The food was excellent and Terry, our guide, was amazing. He had so much information about the Alexandria area and the restaurants we visited. The tour was so informative and makes me want to visit Alexandria again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. The food was a nice variety of different restaurants in the area. We also enjoyed getting some historical information on Old Town Alexandria. I would recommend this tour and would look in to more food tours.

We had a great time on the Old Town Alex food tour. We had a small group of 7 people on our tour. We sampled foods from 4 different restaurants and all were fabulous. Our tour guide, Terry, was very knowledgeable, had great stories and answered all of our questions. The walk was at a leisurely pace. I would recommend this tour to anyone. We loved it.

This was our second tour in 5 years and still fantastic. We did the Capitol Hill tour a few years ago. The guides are so well-educated and thorough. We will be back to try more!

Everything about our tour was perfect... weather was great, our tour guide Jen was very knowledgeable and very nice and the food was to die for. My two favorites were the italian spot n the barbecue. I'll definitely do another tour only tht this time I'll wear the right shoes for all the walking.

My fiance and I had a wonderful time on the Historic Old Town Alexandria Food Tour. We were a huge fan of just how much historical background we were able to get on Old Town Alexandria while stopping for great food at local spots. Every choice was delicious and my fiance was offered a great vegetarian substitute when the situation arose (our guide arranged the switch in advance so there was no lapse for any guest!). We found that this tour was one of the most bang-for-your-buck expenses that we made on our trip to Washington D.C. and would be excited to try another location upon a return trip!

Relaxed, informative, tasty and professionally presented...the "Historic Old Town Alexandria Food Tour" was a perfect introduction to this charming town's many offerings! Insights were offered; questions were answered and expanded upon. Our Guide was clearly proud of his community and anxious to share his enthusiasm. Great value for the price!

Excellent outing for my husband myself on our first visit to Alexandria VA. The group of nine had a grand time meeting new people and more importantly trying food we maybe would not normally have ordered. The guide was funny and full of historical facts, but not boring at all.

my group of 4 people enjoyed all the restaurants, especially the first two on our tour. We were all full by the end of the afternoon! We enjoy history, and Alexandria has many fascinating properties and stories. Our guide was very knowledgeable.

We had a small group, 6 total, which was the perfect number for walking around and hearing our guide, Pablo. The weather created a slight deterrent for a short period, but Pablo made it work! The restaurant choices were exceptional, the food was phenomenal and the knowledge and stories Pablo provided were amazing. I loved the scenery - the history of the buildings, the cobblestone streets, the sense of wonderment in the air was exhilarating. I can't wait to go on another food walking tour the next time I am on vacation! It is a must experience for any traveler.

This adventure was how we wrapped up our stay in Alexandria so it ended with an awesome afternoon in good company and our tour guide Terry was fun, knowledgeable and passionate about history! The food and service at each location was exceptional! We will do it again!

This was my first food "tour" and as a local, I was skeptical about how much I would really learn. The answer is -- surprisingly a lot! We went to restaurants that were well-known but not the "hottest," so there is a chance you (like me) haven't visited them yet. Additionally, all of the restaurants had some sort of historical significance. Our guide, Eric, was a font of information on just about every subject. It's worth the cost!

We live in the area and this was a birthday present - was a total hit. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and we loved learning about it. The food is fantastic - and we will almost definitely return to the restaurants. We are excited to try some of the other tours!

It turnout to be a private tour with our guide Eric as we walked the historic streets of Old Town Alexandria due to some cancellations but the trip went on as scheduled. He shared a lot of interesting history along with surprising and delicious culinary treats at four very different restaurants: wonderful Northern Italian style ravioli at Landini Brothers, Tender ribs and to die for fried green tomatoes at Overwood Wood-Fired American Kitchen, Flounder with risotto at The Firehouse and desserts of our choice at the Society Fair. It was a very memorable day with a wonderful guide Eric.

Jennifer was very knowledgeable and personable. We (my best friend and I) ended up being the only 2 on the tour, so we we enjoyed the personal tour :) The restaurants we visited were quaint and foods were very pleasing. We enjoyed the rich history and culture Alexandria had to offer. The walking distance and amounts of foods were balanced out evenly. We weren't sure how much walking or how much foods to expect, but were weren't overly overwhelmed or disappointed in both aspects. We both extremely enjoyed the last stop at the bakery, as we were able to sit and enjoy our treats and wind down. For the price of the tour, I think it was a great bargain. We would definitely recommend to others.

I bought this history tour/food outing as a surprise birthday present for my mom. We had an interesting, not too big group of people and an awesome tour guide. She even tried to help me arrange a little birthday treat for my mom. Guide was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and fun to be with. Loved learning the history behind Old Town and the food visits were all so different and really fun to try. My mother loved it and it turned out to be a wonderful gift!

The walk was informative and our guide so gracious. Portions of food were good size and our group meshed very well. Weather was perfect which added to the fun. We had a birthday girl with us who was offered a complementary glass of processco. Nice touch. I was so content at the end I neglected to tip my guide, please forgive my poor manners! I actually realized it later that evening in my happy full state! A fun afternoon, will recommend to my local and traveling friends.

I really enjoyed our Old Town Alexandria food tour. Our guide, Pablo, was knowledgeable about the area and very friendly. I thought highly of the few restaurants that were chosen and would possibly visit there again if ever back in the area. The only thing I didn't like was the small number of stops on the tour. I've been on multiple food tours in many different cities and the typical number of stops ranges from 6-8 places. I felt like stopping at only 4 places for the price of $60 per person was little bit of a rip off personally, although I did enjoy the places we visited. I doubt I'd try any of the other DC Metro food tour stops now knowing how few places you actually get to try. There are an abundance of restaurants in Old Town and to only get to try four of them was a disappointment. This should not speak ill of Pablo in any way however as he was an excellent guide and I appreciated his knowledge of the area!

Had a fantastic time. I always take my out-of-state friends and family on a food tour. It gives us all a new learning experience of a different part of the city and gives me a chance to try a different food tour everytime. The guides are friendly and the food is always great!

Good variety of places to taste plus history.

Only complaint would be the choice of the last place for dessert. Not historic and not great. We were td we had a choice of sweets but only up to $5 vie. All the cakes were $7 so we had to pay the extra $2 for a slice. Don't nickel and dime us. We just paid $60 so another $2 seems silly to have to fork over. Find an historic dessert location. Not where we were offered.

This is my fifth food tour and this one was great. The restaurants provided great food and good proportions for tasting. The guide was great too. I learned a lot about Old Town Alexandria that I did not know before.

Even with the rainy weather we loved our tour of Old Town Alexandria! Shiney provided an amazing amount of history. The restaurants on the tour were delicious and there was a great variety. We highly recommend the coconut cake at Fair Society!

Disappointed that more historic buildings were not included. The Columbia firehouse very mediocre. All others are exceptionally good. Westher was prohibitive.

We enjoyed a Sunday afternoon food tour of Old Town Alexandria with Eric as our guide. We was very knowledgeable about the dishes we experienced and the area. Our tour included 3 entrees and one dessert. We enjoyed Italian at Landini Brothers, amazing BBQ ribs from Overwood, fried catfish and succotash from Columbia Firehouse, and sweet treats from Society Fair. Overwood was our absolute favorite. I have a gluten allergy and another gentlemen had a dairy allergy. We both were accommodated no problem. I do recommend including that in your notes when you purchase tickets. I really appreciated Zerve's in depth directions to get to the location, parking, and meeting location. We are locals that had never been there before and it was a great experience. Restrooms and alcoholic beverages/tea/coffee were available for purchase at all locations. If you have a large party I would recommend booking a private outing tailored to your group! We will definitely be doing another location soon!

This was a gift to my wife for her birthday who also happens to be a foodie, I enjoy history so the combination of the two was perfect. The weather cooperated fantasitcally and our tour guide was great. We made the restaurants in good time, learned a lot about the local history as well as the nightlife scene. The food was incredible. We had enough to eat that we had to take dessert to go. Highly recommend this activity!

I have never been on a food tour before and was pleasantly surprised at how organized it was between the restaurants and the tour guide. I liked hearing the history of each place and enjoyed the rest of the tour group as well.

Really enjoyed our food tour, the food was great and the portions huge. We tried new things which was part of the fun. Walking in between courses was great as was hearing history about the area along the way. Our host was very enthusiastic and arrangements were flawless. We were 2 out of towners and a local -- and both groups enjoyed the tour.

Our guide, Chris, was knowledgeable and passionate about history but completely down to earth. The food was amazing and the portions were substantial... we didn't need to eat dinner that night! We would certaibly do another tour with the same company .

My tour included four local restaurants in Alexandria, as well as some historical stops as we walked from restaurant to restaurant. I would be willing to try some of the other local food tours in the DC area on another trip.

The best restaurant stop was the last, and not because it was the dessert stop! Rather, because the MANAGER TOOK AN INTEREST in our visit. Now, i admit this was 100% required by the fact that we had choices from the many selections. But still, at the other three stops, had anyone but the wait staff introduced themselves and welcomed us, this tour would have been "Enthusiastically Recommended."

Even the first stop with the unremarkable house made spinach-ricotta ravioli with the garlic Alfredo sauce would have been so much better, had the manager/host/owner stopped at the table and said "Welcome to our establishment, we are a third generation Italian restaurant. My grandparents came to Alexandria in 19?? and opened the first restaurant with Nonna in the kitchen and Nonno doing the front of house at the lunch counter. Welcome and enjoy your pasta course." - anything would have been better than nothing.

The tour guide gave history details for the area. The food the restaurants gave us was very good! Each restaurant took us right in never had to wait.

WE WERE VERY LUCKY TO HAVE TERRY AS OUR GUIDE AS HE HAS AN OBVIOUS INTEREST IN THE HISTORY OF THE AREA AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND ENTERTAINING. THE FOOD EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT BUT THE HIGH PONT WAS FINDING OUT THE AMAZING AND SURPRISING HISTORY OF ALEXANDRIA. THANK YOU TERRY!

I took my husband and father on the Old Town tour as a late Father's Day gift. They are both "foodies" and thought it was a great idea! We had a good time with Pablo as our guide. We were on the tour with some other people - a mother and daughter, and then 2 guides that were shadowing Pablo. We met at the Market Square. This is my only suggestion Ð I think the guides should be given shirts/jackets that would make them distinctive and easier to locate other than the small buttons that they wear. Pablo was very friendly and knowledgeable about Old Town and Alexandria. The shadowing guide, named Eric, who I think leads some of the Georgetown tours, was informative as well. Since they were so enthusiastic to share what they have learned, it made the historical piece of the tour enjoyable. We made about 4 food stops on the way that included a pasta dish, fried green tomatoes, ribs with coleslaw, a catfish dish at a brewery, and then a pleasant choice of dessert. It was neat to try some places that are tucked away from King Street. I would highly recommend trying something new if you have never been on one of these tours!

An enjoyable experience! Food was tasty, and very filling. Not as much talk about the meals from restaurant folk as I might have expected, but great guide who was very knowledgeable about the area and its history.

Highly recommend this Historic Old Town Alexandria Food Tour. My husband and I were pleased with the variety of reataurants and sights. Our tour guide, Terry was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating and fun! We were a group of 7 strangers who bonded like old friends. We were blessed with good weather which is a plus when doing a walking tour. We plan to do walking food tours in other cities we visit and will use Zerve to book it.

We had a great time on this tour! We "discovered" walking food tours last year in Baltimore and we will continue to seek out walking food tours in various cities. We had a great guide Pablo, good food, and good company. Everything went smoothly from the registration to the completion. We highly recommend you try one! They are a great change from the usual tourist activities.

I thought this tour did a very good job of highlighting both good food -- covering Southern cooking along with European fare -- and of showing off the historic buildings along our walk. The guide was very personable and did very well at keeping up conversations and really brought the group together. I would definitely recommend this sort of tour for others!

Our guide Lynn was very nice and knowledgable. She made sure to accommodate all food allergies and special dietary needs. The food was plenty and ranged from international to local cuisines. It's a fun way for international travelers to delve into the local culture. The only annoying thing about it was that they sat us all at the same table at one particular restaurant, and we were the only people there! All in all, it was a great experience and worth every penny.

Can't say enough good things about this 3 and a half hour tour. Got to see wonderful examples of historical architecture; learned about key events in Alexandria's history -- maybe sounds boring if you are not a history buff (and I am not one!) but coupling a focused tour with the chance to try four different wonderful restaurants -- which gave us a sense of current Alexandria vibe -- was really fun. Above all, Pablo, our tour guide, absolutely made this tour great!!! So glad we took the time and I would definitely recommend.

Our tour was delightful. Jenna, our tour guide, was full of enthusiasm and knowledge. It was really fun to get off of King Street and see other areas while tasting lots of great food. We were able to enjoy the food and the history without feeling rushed.

The pace of the tour over the 3 hours was the perfect balance of exploring the local landmarks and relaxing at the restaurants while enjoying the foods presented. Married and looking for something different? Perfect date. This was a surprise for my wife for our anniversary and it was a blast. We loved all the food, the conversation and the education that we got, even on places we've been by 100 times right in downtown Old Town Alexandria. This was a perfect way to spend the day.

Our guide was excellent; on time and interesting, although she did not present as much history as a similar tour in Georgetown. The first three restaurants were all outstanding--great food and service. The last stop (dessert) at Bittersweet was a disappointment; the cake served was "not worth the calories" and the service was only adequate. Paper plates and cups and a plastic fork made this a "fast food" stop that left our group with a less than first-rate impression at the end. Nonetheless, overall, this was an excellent food tour which I would recommend to my friends and would do again with visitors. Thanks!

I was invited to this excursion by my friend Beth. We meet with other people familiar with the area, but every restaurant was new for all of us. I loved every minute of the tour. Our guide was really informative and funny. She also was really organized and kept the restaurants informed and accountable. It was a real pleasure and I plan on going on the other tours here in the DC/ N.VA area.

As for the food - AMAZING! The price tag was well worth the meal that you receive on the tour. Each restaurant provided nice hearty appetizer sized portions. By the end of the tour, every person was satisfied.

My wife and I were in Alexandria for our 5 year anniversary and looking for something fun and active to do. We both love getting to know more about the place we are visiting since we feel this really helps you appreciated it more! In addition vacationing for us always seems to be more about eating the local foods than anything else. This tour was perfect as it allowed us the opportunity to walk, get to know the city and eat, eat, eat! Our tour guide Pablo was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped to facilitate easy conversation among our group. The pace of the tour was great allowing us to space out our meals and stay comfortable! This was important as the portion sizes were larger than we had expected! All in all I would highly recommend this tour if you are in Old Town Alexandria.

we enjoyed a group of 8 younger adults who where all relatives and enjoying a vacation. Our guide was challenged by very cold and rainy weather. We thought the food was good but missed the regional connection. Our guide did not provide as much history of the region as previous food tours in other cities. The company was great, the food was tasty the guide was marginal.

Our tour guide Jenna was great! She knew a lot about the area and did a great job of entertaining us and educating us on our surroundings. She gave us some good tips for other good restaurants in the area as well that pertain to our interests so I am excited to experience some of those.

As far as the food, it was good for the most part, but could have been better. Our first stop offered a nice pasta dish that was a good light beginning to the day. Our second stop, was BY FAR the best food of the day had some delicious ribs, coleslaw and fried green tomatoes. Did I mention they were great! Our final stop I was not too impressed with. I am from the south and love shrimp and grits, but I found the shrimp to be overcooked and chewy along with the bits of ham in the grits. That was a disappointment. Finally, we stopped at a bakery. I got a large cupcake (Double chocolate) and my husband got two mini carrot cake cupcakes. We split mine and shared his two. I have to say the double chocolate was stale, and hard to eat without something to drink, although his mini carrot cake was delicious. Depends on whether you get them fresh or not I suppose. Altogether a pretty good tour. And again, Jenna was a pleasure to be around.

We just loved the tour, the guide, the restaurant choices, and the company. Our group was super small: me, my college freshman (son) and two others from Colorado. It was so fortuitous that I received my BS Degree from a school in Colorado as did one of our tour-mates. We enjoyed the fact we had a good bit in common. The group was the perfect size for discussions on the history of the area and eating establishments provided by the tour guide and time for getting to know each other. We laughed, shared stories and information about what we knew of the history, and felt like it was a time quite well spent. In addition, our tour guide was Terry and he couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable of the area. We enjoyed every moment and it helped that we had a beautiful day to spend so much time outside. I will certainly recommend this to anyone visiting DC or for those who live in the tri-state area. Had a great experience for our first food tour. It was a very snowy day and still were able to walk to all restaurants and enjoy the tour. Only the last bakery cancelled, but had dessert anyway at the 3rd restaurant. had a nice guide and really enjoyed the experience.

Our guide was fantastic. She has a history degree so she has learned a bunch about the area and it was great to learn so much. The food was great and everyone was very friendly. I would recommend it to anyone.

Our tour guide was a history lover and she did a great job taking us around Old Town Alexandria. She had passion for her tour, and we shared a bunch about the area including some quirks, famous founding fathers stomping grounds, and a few ghost stories. The food we sampled was a series of small plates from a good mix of restaurants and by the end of the tour I was stuffed to content. The people in our group were very nice and provided a pleasant addition to our tour. I would highly recommend for couples or people interested in learning about the area while getting to dine on some delicious cuisine.

We were a little apprehensive about the tour at first, but since my husband and I were in town visiting my sister and brother-in-law, we decided to give it a try - I mean why not try something different?! We ended up having a great group of 12 people in our tour and we got to talk to almost everyone in the group between the different venues. The company was great, the tour guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable, and the food at all of the restaurants was very good. We now have some new places to try when we're back in town! All in all I highly recommend.

I've been on numerous food tours with my husband, and they have always been able to give me great options - There are so many to choose from and I have to say I found the vegetarian options this time around to be VERY disappointing, but I . Great tour guide, though.

My husband and I are returning to the Old Town Alexandria area after being out of state for about 15 years. We were eager to see what restaurants were still there and learn about the newest and more trendy ones. This tour experience was what we had hoped for. We look forward to revisiting the places we got to sample and experience on this tour. Thank you to Terry for a great tour.

I have wanted to do a DC Food Walking Tour for awhile now. So when a group of ladies wanted to do it for a birthday, I jumped at the chance. While I had already been to 2 of the restaurants previously, it was still a really good time. Pablo was a VERY good host.

I was met by an enthusiastic guide and Pablo's friendliness, knowledge and humor was consistent throughout. The restaurants chosen were diverse and well spaced apart. The walk and included commentary was at a leisurely pace allowing time to stop and explore a bit. This was not my first visit to Alexandria, but was probably the best visit.

We really enjoyed our food tour on a recent Sunday afternoon in Old Town. Our tour guide, Adreanna, was knowledgeable in every aspect of Old Town, architecturally & historically. She was very well versed in local restaurants, food preparation, & city traditions. Her tour was interactive, she asked a ton of questions & focused on what we were interested in hearing about. It was our first time in Old Town & she was a great resource for the area, answering all of our questions, & making excellent recommendations regarding area events. We enjoyed each restaurant we visited & look forward to our next trip back to the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our food and architectural tour with Becky on Sat 10/25/14. The food at the 3 restaurants (plus coffee/dessert venue) was very good; we had about 13 people in our group, which was just perfect. We learned a lot about the city and got background on some very historical buildings. We will definitely do similar tours in the future. This tour delivered what was advertised. Kudos to Becky and the restaurants for a great job.

Yummy! Our tour guide, Don, was plentiful with facts and stories of Alexandria. We digested his information along with three enjoyable meals and a delectable dessert. Truly, a "must do"!

Our tour guide was great. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy walking us around. This tour only had four stops, which made me a little disappointed. However, I was surprised at the portions that we received, they were a lot larger than I am used to on a food tour and probably why we only hit four places. I would have been stuffed if we went to any more! All the food was very tasty. This trip included a beer tasting as well, which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, I highly recommend this tour.

I am new to the city, and my best friend was visiting from Hawaii so we decided to do something that would allow us to see a little more than just one restaurant. The restaurant choices were great - all different feels and the food was good and a good variety. I will definitely go back to those places. Our guide was a little strange but the group was good. There were 6 of us in our 20s and 30s and we all got along great! I'd love to do another one of these tours in a different place!

The tour was fantastic. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and I was surprised how she was able to get us to each restaurant right on time. She made sure any dietary needs were taken care of in advance. I was shocked at how much food each restaurant provided and how delicious it was. We had a great time and recommend it to anyone who likes history and food.

The food and locations were great. I would've enjoyed hearing more historical facts while we were eating. Knowing the history of the places we ate would've been great too. Not just the current restaurant but the history of the building.

We had a fantastic time on this tour. Christopher Pitt was a great guide. We learned lots about the history of the area and enjoyed talking with him. The food was delicious!

Tour was ok. Wouldn't recommend it. Had to wait 10 minutes after getting seated for the first meal and 15 minutes at the second restaurant for a table, though the guide called ahead. Half of the dishes were seafood. I don't eat seafood. It would have been fine as a $30 tour, not a $60 one. Tour guide was knowledgeable.

Becky was an awesome tour guide - personable and very knowledgeable about the history of Alexandria. The food was great but I felt there were too many extremely rich foods served to us back to back. By the 2nd stop, my friend and I couldn't eat another bite. It started with spinach ravioli in a very heavy cream sauce, the next stop included extremely rich, thick carrot soup and a mac and cheese dish. They were all delicious but it was just too much rich, heavy food in a short period of time. The jelly cake at the end was nothing to get excited about, but that was fine because we were stuffed. I highly recommend adjusting the types of foods served in order for guests to be able to enjoy every stop. Other than that, a fun day.

Our guide, Chris, was very knowledgeable, friendly, charming, and relaxed. The food we got at the four restaurants was much more than we had expected; we were stuffed! The food was excellent. I would recommend you take this tour at the beginning of your trip; it gives you the lay of the land and you can decide where you would like to go back to, etc. The waiters and waitresses at the restaurants were also fantastic.
