We did a specialized Dine Around with the Taste of New Orleans just recently. It was a big group (at least 100) of engineers, and we were hungry and thirsty. They had a lead guide help sort people out at the beginning
and a bunch of liscensed guides (I know because I asked) that took our smaller groups throughout the tour. Our bus dropped us at the wrong point, but after that things were very smooth sailing.
It is tough I am certain for groups to be corraled like ours so I give them kudos for making it look easy. Now -- the food. I am a big foodie and seafood fan and I had great dishes. We had some family style things and some individual o=plated things at
different restaurants. They made sure to give us lots of the classics. The oysters foch were divine, the shrimp creole out of this world and I had a chicken dish at Broussards that was amazing. Well done see you again I hope! |
