Fun time with a long time local, trained chef, and all ariund interesting guy. Good Stuff. I would do again, why not??

You will definitely have a full stomach after this walking tour! It is done quite well by visiting restaurants that are about 3-4 blocks apart, and yet I'm still surprised how 3 hours passed so quickly! I thoroughly enjoyed the lamb tacos and tried to eat as much Greek dessert as I could, but had no more room in my belly :) The guide was knowledgeable about his city and kept an upbeat spirit throughout the entire tour! I certainly appreciated his patience in making sure I found the group, as I wasn't sure where to park in the area. He phoned to ensure I was in the area and help to guide me to a safe and inexpensive parking deck . I highly recommend this walking tour, and plan to take the Montrose tour on my next visit to Houston!

Had a great time. More food than I expected.

Took my parents on the tour. We had a great time. The food was good, maybe not great, but the service and our guide were wonderful. It didn't hurt to have really nice weather and our group was a lot of fun. Learned some fun tidbits about the city as well. I plan on taking the Heights tour next.

The food was very good and different. Everyone enjoyed the variety. Friendly staff and unique restaurants.

great concept, everything was very enjoyable except the dessert at niko nikos (baklava) was terrible. I would recommend the honeymoon for their snickerdoodle ice cream sandwich or just some other highly rated dessert.

Tour guide John provided lots of history. Will definitely go back to two of the places. Fun outing.

Recommend just a couple of things.....

1. I would love more history/architecture information, and spoken more loudly or with a microphone, so all can hear.

2. Have the timing down pat, so the food is ready upon arrival at each stop. We only had 3 stops (rather than 4 advertised) and the food at one was not enough for everyone to get some. The first and last had the better food.

3. Choose places with nicer bathrooms.

4. Charge more so alcohol could be included.

We came with a bunch of girlfriends from work. It was a nice way to spend some time together out of the office. For the price alone it is worth it. With all the extra added value, it is just great! Thanks for a nice afternoon, good food, good drinks, and a good time!!

Great food tour of Houston downtown. The tour director was very accommodating to specific dietary needs!

I'm from the area, but have never spent much time in downtown Houston. This tour provided me with useful knowledge of the Houston restaurant scene, as well as general information and facts about the towns history. None of the food that we tried blew me away, but it was all good and the restaurants were interesting.

I have been lucky enough to travel the country for work. When I do so, I do my best to go take a food tour. They are a very cool way to see and experience an area without having to spend a ton and without knowing much.>br/>
With that said, this was a different version of a tour but a plesent surprize. It was 4 stops, a tex mex, spanish, mexican and greek. food was very good and gave us a nice look at downtown. The guide, Coman, had some cool stories and gave us a good look at the limited space that is market square. I definitely recommend the tour to people interested in learning a bit more and having some good food! I cant wait to try the heights!

My wife and I went on the food tour for our five year anniversary. We visited 3 different restaurants all within walking distance from each other. Each restaurant had something unique and great about them, whether it was the food or drinks. We had such a good time meeting new people and experiencing new places. Houston is such a big place that there is always room to be a tourist in your own city you live in. We highly recommend doing the tour if you are visiting from another place or if you are local to Houston. We plan to do the same tour on our own the next time we have guests in town. We will definitely be going on the other tours as well. Thanks for the amazing experience.
